Welcome to Project IronBrain

Finding what makes consistency last

Project IronBrain is a real-world experiment where I train for and complete an Ironman while tracking vital signs across both training and race day: including blood pressure, continuous glucose, ECG data, sleep, recovery, and portable brain scans.

The goal is to see how prolonged physical and cognitive stress shows up in real physiology before disease begins. By combining endurance sport with medical education, IronBrain explores how data-driven awareness can guide smarter training, safer performance, and more proactive preventative health - especially in high-stress and rural settings.

This isn’t about chasing perfect numbers.
It’s about understanding how the human body adapts under extreme load and using that insight to protect long-term health.

IRONBRAIN is not a race. It’s a rhythm.
