Project IronBrain is a jumpstart into learning about preventative health using real physical and cognitive stress to better understand how the body responds before illness ever appears.

By training for and completing an Ironman while monitoring physiological signals across training and race day, this project turns endurance sport into a living lab.

IronBrain is short in execution, but long in intention.

The project begins with one race, but the brand is built for a lifetime of learning, teaching, and prevention.

This isn’t about optimization or perfect metrics.
It’s about awareness and seeing how data can translate into real life. Then using that insight to shift health from reactive care to proactive protection.

Train with purpose. Measure with intention. Build health that lasts.
